CPE Cornea Fellows Program |
The Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Cornea Fellows Program is a two-day seminar designed exclusively for cornea fellows enrolled in a United States cornea fellowship program. Held at Alcon's world headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas , this program offers a unique and interactive educational opportunity for participants.
On the first day of the program, Alcon's senior research scientists will focus on the latest research in the treatment of refractive errors, ocular allergy and infections. The day will conclude with a professional development and business management seminar.
On the second day of the program, a faculty of experienced ophthalmologists will share the latest information on the treatment and management of the ocular surface. Presentations will cover dry eye, allergy and anti-infectives. The afternoon will consist of presentations covering wavefront fundamentals and interpretation. The program will conclude with a hands-on wavefront aberrometer workshop. |

Held at Alcon's world headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, this program offers a unique and interactive educational opportunity for participants.
Day one consists of sessions focusing on Alcon's research efforts in the area of glaucoma and genomics as well as a brief overview of IOL technology and retina. Day two consists of sessions solely given by visiting faculty members. Topics presented will be based on the latest advancements in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma. A presentation on practice management will also be included in the day's activities. |

Held in conjunction with the Advanced Vitreoretinal Techniques & Technology (AVT&T) Symposium in Chicago, Illinois, this program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of vitreoretinal treatments, trends, and surgical techniques. A business management session is also planned for participants of the CPE Program. |
